The Office Security System... simulator!

(last update: 24 Oct 99)
This part of the site describes the software used to simulate an office security system on an 8085 microprocessor. Information about the hardware used is found here. A summary of the modules that make up the project is found here.

This software is known NOT to be bug free. It is made available as a learning tool, and to provide an example of my work. It is protected by copyright and may not be used any other purpose without permission from all three of Geoff Knagge, Mark Lynn, and Andrew Carr.

This project has been divided up into a number of small(ish) modules which interact with each other. To compile the program, we need my modified version of the ASM8085 compiler. This software cannot be made available to everyone due to licensing restrictions, although individual requests may be considered. (in other words, I have to ask before I let you have it!)

The current modules are as seen in the navigation frame. All routines in these modules preserve the registers and have no input unless otherwise specified.
